Educator renowned for 'No child left behind' campaign dies :

Roh Ok-hee, the education superintendent of the southeastern industrial city of Ulsan who made news for her warm welcoming of the children of Afghan evacuees despite xenophobic reactions from local residents, died of a heart attack, Thursday. She was 64.
