EEC, Orascom to build mixed-use waterfront hub in KSA : vima

Emaar, The Economic City (EEC) has reached an agreement with Orascom Development to build a key waterfront mix-use project at King Abdullah Economic City. It will boast a full-fledged downtown along with resorts and high-end residential and retail units.
