Elbit Systems to Provide Additional Digital Soldier Systems to the Royal Netherlands Army Our Bureau 2315 Elbit Systems VOSS for Royal Netherlands Army The Dutch Ministry of Defence awarded Elbit Systems $50 million to supply the Royal Netherlands Army (RNLA) with additional digital soldier and vehicular systems. Under the contract, Elbit Systems will supply digital soldier systems and vehicular integration of improved combat network capabilities including TORCH-X Dismounted Command and Control systems and E-LynX Software Defines Radio systems. The contract is part of Netherland's VOSS or Improved Operational Soldier System programme that began with approval from the Netherlands Parliament in 2008. Also Read
