Clear is a McDowell High School teacher and represents Millcreek on Erie County Council. Kirk McCaslin, a Millcreek Township streets employee, is the apparent winner of the Republican nomination for supervisor, with 1,979 votes to 1,426 for James Lindstrom, a WJET-WFXP TV director.
