SAN NARCISO, Zambales: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday urged graduates of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) to help the country 'maintain its name as a global figure in the maritime industry' as he ordered a whole-of-government approach to boost the maritime sector.
