(Photo: Representational image) Visakhapatnam: The special commissioner of endowments department,Padala Arjuna Rao, has ordered an inquiry into the irregularities committed by former endowment executive officer of Simhachalam Devasthanam and MANSAS Trust K Ramachandra Mohan during his tenure. Consequently, he appointed deputy commissioner of endowments department EV Pushavarshan to inquire and submit a preliminary report on July 15.
