Enlivening Ramadhan through religious talks » Borneo Bu

Over 200 civil servants from various ministries attended a series of Ramadhan talks hosted by Civil Service Institute (IPA) at An-Najah Hall, IPA yesterday.
The talk series on ‘Self-leadership in Human Resource Development’ was delivered by Dean of Syariah Faculty at Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) Dr Haji Noralizam bin Haji Aliakbar.
The talk focussed on the importance of increasing knowledge and skills to produce professional civil servants based on the aspects of Islam. The talk was also aimed at raising awareness on dynamic leadership in addressing changes in human resources management and strengthening its role in facing the new norm.
