The number of new COVID-19 cases within the Eastern Ontario Health Unit stayed within recent averages on Friday, as 23 new cases were disclosed.
The Friday afternoon update showed seven new cases in Cornwall, three in South Glengarry, two in North Glengarry, three in South Stormont, one in North Stormont, two in South Dundas, one in North Dundas, one in Hawkesbury, and three in Clarence-Rockland. The running total of COVID-19 cases now sits at 4,645.
