Ethereum staking services agree to 22% limit of all validato

Four Ethereum staking pools, including Rocket Pool, have now agreed to a self-limit rule ensuring they’ll never own more than 22% of staked ETH. However, the largest staking pool, Lido, voted against it almost unanimously back in June.
