Photo: EU Delegation to Nepal Kathmandu, April 11 The European Union Delegation to Nepal says it has closed a facility opened to support Nepal on its reconstruction and recovery efforts following the 2015 earthquake. The Nepal EU Action for Recovery and Reconstruction (NEARR) Facility held its official closing ceremony on Friday, reflecting on the ‘overall recovery and reconstruction context’, as well as ‘aspects of governance behind the reconstruction scenes’, says the delegation in a statement.
