Among the state's 13-page discovery exhibit is evidence such as drone recordings, surveillance videos, DNA samples, a knife, Snapchat accounts and Fucci's school records. Bailey, a student at Patriot Oaks Academy, was found dead on May 9 in a wooded area near her home in Durbin Crossing in northwest St. Johns County. Fucci's mother, Crystal Smith, was charged June 5 with tampering with evidence in the case. According to the felony warrant, video surveillance from Smith’s home shows her retrieving a pair of jeans from Fucci’s bedroom that he was reported to be wearing the night Bailey was killed. Fucci's felony pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 28.
