Legacy, siloed systems are unlikely to support the agility operators need, so fully leveraging next-generation service capabilities will require a rethinking of Operations Support Systems (OSS). Service and resource inventory, fulfillment and assurance orchestration processes need to be aligned and integrated across physical, virtual and cloud assets.
