Chandrababu Naidu was arrested under various IPC sections, including Sections 120B (criminal conspiracy), 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), and 465 (forgery). The Andhra Pradesh CID also invoked the Prevention of Corruption Act against him.
