Explosives-laden SUV outside Ambani residence: Jaish-ul-Hind's Telegram channel created in Delhi's Tihar

Mumbai Police said that they took the help of a private cyber agency to track the location of the phone on which the Telegram channel was first created.
During the investigation, the location of the phone was traced near Delhi's Tihar Jail, he added.

Opposition leader in the state assembly Devendra Fadnavis said on Wednesday that the police have traced the Innova that tailed the SUV laden with explosives, which was found abandoned near industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s residence.
