Fall River Shooting Suspect Now Charged With Murder
Charges against an 18-year-old Fall River man already in custody in connection to last Tuesday's double homicide in Fall River have been upgraded to murder.
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office says a new criminal complaint charging Jeremy Holmes with two counts of murder and one count of assault and battery by means of a firearm was filed in Fall River District Court late this morning.
Holmes still also faces charges of carrying an illegal firearm, carrying a loaded illegal firearm, and unlawful possession of a large capacity firearm.
