Falling a year ago, home prices up by 24pc in Kabul : vimars

Prices of properties had declined in Kabul on average by 47 percent after last year’s regime change. However, the situation has changed now, with real estate rates spiking by 24 percent, Pajhwok Afghan News have learnt.
