Falls Kill Two Long Island Men in Separate Workplace Accidents January 22, 2021 A landscaper fell from a tree and a roofer fell from a building in two separate fatal workplace accidents Monday on Long Island. Suffolk County Police said 51-year-old Vicente Oliver of Levittown was trimming a tree at a West Hills home Monday morning when a branch broke. He fell about 40 feet to his death. Monday afternoon, 27-year-old roofer Hector Aranda-Sanchez fell from the roof of a business in Holbrook. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
