Family members of inmates say they're concerned for their loved ones inside.(Kirk Fraser/CBC) Christine Mosquito says her son, an inmate at the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre, said his COVID-19 symptoms came on in stages. First, his chest became sore and his bones started to ache, he told her. Eventually, he lost both his sense of taste and smell. That was three weeks ago and now, as an outbreak continues at the provincial centre, Mosquito is worried for the health of her son, and everyone else inside.
