Fatal Blair County Hit & Run UPDATE: Blair County coroner Patty Ross has identified the victim of Thursday night’s fatal hit-and-run crash along Pleasant Valley Blvd. Ross confirmed that the victim was 65-year-old James Jury, who authorities say was a homeless man. Investigators say that they hope by releasing his name that they can identify his next of kin. Anyone with information is asked to contact Logan Township Police. According to police, the incident occurred along the 3300 block of Pleasant Valley Boulevard in Logan Township.
