Detectives from the Rutherford County Sheriffs Office are investigate a Friday afternoon (2/9/2024) shooting death on Twin Oak Drive. David Hager of Twin Oak Drive was pronounced deceased on-the-scene. Detective Sergeant Joe Duncan reports that the preliminary investigation shows an argument escalated and one man died after being shot by another male whom he knew.
Deputies responded to the call off Halls Hill Pike where they found Hager and the second man.
