An economy where we no longer have fulltime jobs we have to pick up extra jobs so we can pay our bills and not deal with the erosion of our quality of life, that is an issue. I think weve been really surprised at the resilience of the consumer and the fact that the unemployed rate has stayed so low. Ultimately the consumer remains resilient, unemployment remains low and we can see this economy go on for much longer than any of us would expected, that recession will eventually come maybe farther off into the future we dont know if it comes next year or the year after but clearly higher rates will have an impact at some point. I think the Biggest Surprise has been how long its taking and how long the logs are and in the meantime i cant go higher if we stay out of our recession.
