Fish is now charged with fabricating six self-serving letters to a federal judge – including ones attributed to his mother, grandparents and a woman he briefly dated. Federal prosecutors in Albany charged Fish on Friday with obstruction of justice and committing an offense on release, both felonies. The new allegations come three weeks after the Times Union first reported that Fish, 25, had allegedly fabricated letters to U.S. District Judge Mae D’Agostino under the names of a congressional aide, a one-time business client and his priest.
