Fewer people seen enjoying fresh air at public parks

THE green light given to sports and recreational activities conducted in open areas was a relief to many.
However, with the rising number of Covid-19 cases in the Klang Valley, regulars are choosing to avoid public spaces like recreational parks.
StarMetro visited Taman Persekutuan Bukit Kiara and Taman Rimba Kiara in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur over the weekend.
Although people could be seen at both public parks, the number was a far cry from the pre-movement control order days.
At around 8am, police arrived at the entrance of Taman Persekutuan to monitor adherence to the standard operating procedure.
