December 14, 2020 The Frameless Hardware Co., a supplier and manufacturer to the glass and glazing industries, appointed Tony DePalma to the position of director of business development. Prior to his current role, DePalma served as vice president of product group sales at C.R. Laurence. During his tenure with CRL, DePalma managed architectural hardware DSS sales teams and, working directly with then-CEO Don Friese, pioneered the company’s business development department. In his new role with FHC, DePalma will oversee the integration of sales and technical support in developing and managing a team focused on customer service, large projects and new business development spanning entrances, storefronts, shower enclosures, transaction hardware and railings. The company created this new position to facilitate and enhance its commitment to customer service, one of the primary core principles it was founded on.
