Files App goes from UWP to WinAppSDK, some Window 10 features get the Windows 11 touch

Files 2.4 is now available to all. The latest update moves the app from UWP over to Windows App SDK. Aside from that, the new version also contains plenty of new changes detailed in a long changelog.
