21 Mar 2021 The final evaluation will need to assess the long-term recovery phase of the Sint Maarten program, which is funded by the Dutch public and implemented between August 2018 and June 2021. The long-term recovery phase of the Hurricane Irma Recovery Program consists of multiple projects, linked to the areas of Safe and Healthy Living, Economic Security and Disaster Management. Most of the Hurricane Irma Recovery projects are led and implemented directly by the Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC). For a number of projects, NLRC has contracted implementing partners to fully implement projects outside of the NLRC organizational program setup. The NLRC projects are: Home Repair, Psychosocial Support, Livelihoods, Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction, Response Preparedness and Capacity Building.
