Firearms stolen from city residence during break and enter July 17, 2021 The Swift Current Municipal RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in finding the person(s) responsible for the theft of a number of firearms during a break and enter in Swift Current. RCMP report that sometime between 2 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 14, a residence in the 200 block of 6th Ave. N.E. in Swift Current was broken into. Once inside the culprit(s) broke into a gun safe and took a number of firearms, including long guns and restricted firearms. An unknown amount of ammunition, as well as some electronic equipment, was also taken during the break and enter.
