Meanwhile, the number of active COVID-19 cases in the City of Cold Lake, and across the province of Alberta, has begun to decline. As of Sunday evening, Cold Lake had 77 active cases, down five cases over last week. This means per capita there are about 389 active cases per 100,000 people.
