2021-01-19 17:00:41 Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Today the National Statistics Office of Mongolia and UNICEF are presenting the findings of the first two rounds of the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey Plus (MICS Plus) 2020-2021. MICS Plus is a new initiative of UNICEF’s MICS programme, to support countries in conducting phone surveys for the collection of representative data on a frequent basis, and real-time reporting. Main objective of the survey is to derive estimates of the situation of children, families and households on frequent basis using scientifically rigorous methodology. Understanding the situation of children and households and its changes in evolving emergency situations is critical to formulate timely and relevant interventions and policy decisions.
