You were honored by Mayor Tom Henry as the 2020 Trail Volunteer of the Year. How did you come to be involved in the trails program?
Trails are a family affair. My father, Roger Goodland, has been a trail advocate since the'70s, with the original Rivergreenway Consortium. With this background, I have a better appreciation for the work that goes into designing and building trails. We are very fortunate to have this network of trails and those who support trails.
