It started with domestic violence It all started when a woman and Bishop were arguing and he forced her into a vehicle. While driving, the victim said, Bishop grabbed her hair and slapped her in the face, according to the sheriff's office. She said the vehicle stopped on a dirt road. She managed to get out, but Bishop choked her. Deputies said the woman had multiple bruises and scratches on her body. Sheriff's officials, including the agency helicopter, searched for Bishop, who was driving an older model Chevy pickup truck. The vehicle was first spotted southbound on Southwest 60th Avenue. The vehicle then turned westbound on West State Road 40.
