Fond du Lac City Council approves 7 city board appointments in June

FOND DU LAC - A few familiar faces have joined the Advisory Park Board, among other appointments the City Council approved this month.
At Wednesday's meeting, the council approved three new members for the board: Lawrence Foster, a former city council candidate from this year; Amy Schingen, one of the leaders of a group that had opposed the Lakeside Park development; and Elizabeth Morrell, who was the executive director of The Arc Fond du Lac. 
They join City Council Vice President Patrick Mullen, Fond du Lac Recreation Department's Renee Wagner and citizen members Shawn McCrary, Velesca Fleischman, Douglas Teletzke and Brian Johnson.
