For supporters of train viaduct, things are starting to look

Nearly two years after Palo Alto emphatically scrapped the idea of building a train viaduct at Churchill Avenue, the idea is making an unlikely comeback. Next week, the Rail Committee will consider restoring it to the menu of options.
