Ford Direct Markets makes key Mideast appointments RIYADH, 3 hours, 4 minutes ago Ford Direct Markets has announced two key strategic appointments to its leadership team in the Middle East for its Customer Service Division and Lincoln Operations. Nicolas Lory has been appointed as the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) Director for Ford Middle East. Prior to this new position, he served as Managing Director for Middle East Lincoln Operations. Sami Malkawi has been promoted to the role of Managing Director for Middle East Lincoln Operations replacing Nicolas who held the position since February last year.
