SHARE STORY Ford late April released Canadian pricing for its Tesla Model Y Performance competitor, the Mustang Mach-E GT. The top-of-the-line Mach-E model will set you back $82,995 in Canada, which is almost $20,000 more than the new Mustang Mach 1. For that price, it had better be pretty good. The zero-to-100-km/h sprint happens in 3.7 seconds, thanks to 480 horsepower and 634 lb-ft of torque from the electric motor. Battery range is unfortunately only 378 km. The GT model differentiates itself from the regular Mach-E by adding an illuminated grille badge, Brembo-branded calipers, as well as 20-inch machined aluminum wheels, while Magneride dampers also help with handling.
