Former El Dorado Council member Avo Vartenian named to JP se

The Union County Quorum Court next month will finally have 11 members again, following Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders's announcement Wednesday that she has appointed Avo Vartenian to the vacant District 2 Justice of the Peace position.
