Fort Jennings man hurt in snowmobile crash FORT JENNINGS — A Fort Jennings man was seriously hurt when he was thrown from a snowmobile. According to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Kyle Kopitsch, 27, was ejected from the snowmobile and was thrown some 20 feet after he came upon a ditch unexpectedly at about 4:20 p.m. Thursday in a field north of Road U-20. He was transported by Delphos EMS to Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center for treatment. The sheriff’s office reported he had non-life threatening injuries. Assisting at the scene were Putnam County EMS and the Fort Jennings Fire Department.
