From Staff Reports Kelsey Christine Dampier of Pocola was arrested Thursday in the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Joshua Flanagan of Fort Smith. Dampier, also known as Kelsey Christine Stafford, was charged Friday with one count of first-degree murder and a felony possession of firearm by certain persons, according to Sebastian County Prosecutor Dan Shue. No bond has been set for Dampier, the prosecutor added. She will be arraigned on the charges 8:30 a..m. Wednesday, Jan. 13. According to the affadavit, Flanagan had a single gunshot wound to his stomach from a .380 handgun. Police spoke to numerous people in the neighborhood and one told them Stafford was "upset because her phone got stolen, and claimed that she pinged her phone to Flanagan."
