All evacuation orders have been reduced to warnings for the 15-acre Neal Fire.

PARADISE, Calif. - All evacuation orders and evacuation warnings for the Neal Fire have been lifted and residents may return to their homes, accroding to the Butte County Sheriff's Office.
The fire burned a total of 15 acres and there is still some heavy mop up for crews on the ground, according to the CAL FIRE Butte Unit. 
The forward progress of the Neal Fire has been stopped, according to Rick Carhart, CAL FIRE Butte's Public Information Office.
