He is now charged with kidnapping and held without bail. Charlotte siena was last seen 6 30 at sunset on saturday night. No sign of charlotte. They launched a massive investigation, 48 hours later the suspect was in custody and charlotte was indeed found safe. A friend of the family describing their agony. It was brutal. It was brutal.
