So its no surprise that Vice President Kamala Harris is going back there today. We know ours will be a very tight race until the very end. We are the underdog. Lets be clear about that. Her campaign says it is entering a more aggressive phase which could perhaps include more interviews with local News Outlets as she faces criticism for not doing enough interviews. The Trump Campaign says the former president is set to hold a News Conference at first event in california today. The first words out of that Fighters Mouth is i want a a rematch. I want a rematch. And thats what she said i want a Rematch Polls clearly show that i won the debate against comrade harris. He expected to talk about the economy. Steve indeed, madeleine, thank you very much. The voters and independent voters were so focused On The Issues but clearly during the debate the moderators didnt give the opportunity to push back on Kamala Harris to say where do you stand On The Issues . There is a Lot Of people that left the debate still not knowing where Kamala Harris stands On The Issues. That is just malpractice. Brian i was watching Kevin Oleary last night im mad at myself, too. One of the biggest moves with her economic plan are the only thing we have detail on to a degree is economic plans. If you are going to tax unrealized gains on stocks, its going to pull almost all the money out of america and that should at least been questioned. So if i start a company and its Worth Multi lets say 200 Million . All of a sudden my Tax Bill is coming due. I dont want to catch out. I have to sell it to a bigger company to pay my Tax Bill. Lawrence they became such experts on tariff policies, when it came to the fact checks there. When it came to her economic policy, ainsley, they had no information on that. Ainsley lawrence, there were dozens of lies during. This charlottesville she lied about. She lied about a national Sales Tax that trunch has never supported. She said trump wants a nationwide ban on abortion. He didnt. He sets i want it to go back to states let the voters decide. A ban on ivf . He had is advocate for ivf. One extreme person talked about ivf. Some babies are born because of ivf. Trumps involvement in 2025. He wasnt involved. That was Heritage Foundation. Trump wants to get medicaid, thats not true. Steve Mark Penn and Andrew Stein who wrote this for the wall street journal. They start the entire oped by saying we watched the debate. We thought Kamala Harris beat Donald Trump. She knew her lines and threw him on the defensive and he could not keep up. But they said after reviews the video and after reviewing things. It just wasnt fair. Times writer On Media Sat down with her after the debate at the Ritz Carlton in philadelphia. And they had a conversation just a little bit about what was going on. And she veeld essentially why they did the factchecking. She told him the decision to attempt to correct the candidates was in response to the June 27th debate between Trump And Biden on cnn. Whose poor Performance Led to his exit from the race. People were concerned statements were allowed to hang out there and not be disputed by the Candidate Biden at the time or the moderator she said. So ultimately they decided we cant let what happened on cnn happen again. Lawrence thats such a terrible statement. Because what they are imflying by saying all of this is because Donald Trump ended up getting Joe Biden out of the race. And so because things didnt go our way. Were going to put our hands on the scales to help the candidate a lot. Er, there was moments in the debate where Kamala Harris looked to the camera and said did you see what the moderator just said . You see Donald Trump is lying . She used the moderators to her advantage. Steve to that point at the conclusion of the Mark Penn oped, it says the moderators at cnn exemplified fairness. Had they corrected trump while letting joe off the hook as abc did, he, joe, might still be the nominee. Theyre absolutely right. Brian the other thing is Mark Penn told me on radio monday, it was the worse before he looked back. It was the worst moderated debate he has ever seen. And, remember, he did three clintons. He did hillary and bill twice. And then he has been an expert doing the harris polls. He is doing this 40 years . I thought wow, i didnt think they were good. I didnt think they were that bad. And Bernie Sanders even said she is being pragmatic just to win. Which means she is willing to do anything. She is willing to lie to win. We heard Donald Trump say no tax on social security checks. We heard him say no tax on tipping which could help Las Vegas. Now we are hearing him say no tax on overtime many people at fox work overtime and here he is in tucson, arizona. Im also announces as part of our additional Tax Cuts we will end all taxes on overtime. Do you know what that means . [cheers] think of that. Think of that that gives people more of an incentive to work gives the companies a lot. The people who work overtime are among the hardest working citizens in our country. For too long in washington No One watching out for them. Those are the people that really work. They are police officers, nurses, factory workers, construction workers, Truck Drivers and machine operators. Its time for the working Man And Woman to finally catch a break and thats what were doing because this is a good one. And i think its going to be great for the country. There are a number of republican deficit hawks who dont like this because it would add at least his many Tax Proposals would add about 6 Trillion onto the Deficit Brian you mentioned the ivf. The worry is if it becomes mandate, who is going to pay for it because he had said its either going to be the government or private insurance. And so its like that, too, would be another added something into the national debt. Brian i have a theory. Ivf, more people, more babies. They grow up. They pay taxes. You give more babies to working class people more kids who event actually pay more taxes. Ainsley actually more than that families who so badly want children. Thousands of boeing employees walking off the job overnight after 96 of the union workers vote to go on strike. Big deal, lawrence. First strike in six years throw a major wrench in the companys already fragile supply chain. Over out33,000 boeing employees agreeing to go on strike after boeing and the union had been in Contract Negotiations this past week. Our members rejected the contract by 94. 6 . [cheers] they voted to strike bile 96 . Yeah. That was petty overwhelming. This comes after the workers rejected the companys new Contract Offer because it didnt include the 40 Pay Hike that they were asking for. As i said, first strike at boeing since 2008 during the financial crisis that cost them 100 Million a day. And it could throw a wrench in their already fragile supply chain. The strike will likely toledo a massive Production Delay at a time when they are trying to increase plane production. This strike effects the workers that make the 737 max overnight boeing responding the message was clear that the tentative agreement we reached with leadership was not accept to be members. We remain committed to resetting our relationship with our employees and the union and we are ready to get back to the table to reach a new agreement. Guys, remember, they have a new ceo. Kelly okayberg. What is he going to do to right the ship. The board is certainly watching as are the customers and shareholders. Ainsley how does this Effect Travel across our country today. Agreed to 25 Pay Hike over 4 years bring the average salary to about 125,000 before overtime that doesnt cut it anymore especially in places like seattle where its really expensive to live.
