Justice Minister Cameron Friesen and Agriculture Minister Blaine Pedersen have tabled two bills that take aim at trespassing and biosecurity, particularly in rural settings.
The two bills were introduced in the fall sitting but had not been distributed until Wednesday.

Bill 63, the Petty Trespasses Amendment and Occupiers Liability Amendment Act, will eliminate the need for a landowner to give verbal or written warning to a trespasser, so long as their property line is clearly marked or partially fenced. However, landowners will have the ability to make an arrest removed.
