No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision Friday afternoon in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department was dispatched to the scene of the accident at the intersection of 8 th and West Streets at approximately 12:44 p.m. According to their initial investigation, a 2003 Ford Explorer, driven by 44-year-odl Edwin Heisterkamp of Carroll, was traveling northbound on West Street. At the same time, a 2006 Ford Taurus, driven by 90-year-old Marvin Lampe of Carroll, was traveling westbound on 8 th and failed to yield from the stop sign at the intersection. Both vehicles sustained functional damage. Lampe was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and driving on a suspended license.
