Loved ones have created a fundraiser to help the family of a mother who was fatally shot inside a car earlier this month.
Metro Nashville police said Mayte Aguirre, 24, was fatally shot Feb. 4. As of Wednesday, a suspect wanted in her death remained at large, police said.

Two days after her death, detectives swore out an arrest warrant charging Antwan Churchwell, 28, with criminal homicide in her killing.
Investigators claim Churchwell fatally shot Aguirre from the back seat on Glenrose Avenue as she was riding in the front passenger seat. Aguirre was dropped off at Southern Hills Medical Center at 2:10 a.m. by Churchwell and another man, police said.
