(WMBF) - This Saturday, May 1, there will be a fundraiser at Barefoot Marina to raise money for the family of fallen North Myrtle Beach Sgt. Gordon Best. Best lost his life on New Year’s Day while driving to a call of shots being fired. The benefit will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and all proceeds go to Mrs. Taylor Best and family.
