Funds being raised to name Plaza in Patterson's honor Staff reports Contributions can be made through the Wichita Falls Area Community Foundation Veterans Plaza Fund. All donations in Patterson's honor will be matched up to a total of $200,000. If the needed $400,000 is raised, the Lake Wichita Revitalization Committee will request the plaza be named for him.
