FWPD now investigating FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) - A Valentine's Day death investigation has now turned into a homicide case. Police were first called to the Candlelite Apartments early Sunday morning. At the scene, authorities found an unconscious woman. Medics pronounced her dead at the scene. The Allen County Coroner's Office identified the woman as 37-year-old Heather Nicole Hobbs of Fort Wayne.
