Gangster absconding for over three years in MCOCA case arres

Muntzeer Tyagi, a gangster of the Salman Tyagi-Saddam Hussain gang, was arrested from Uttar Pradesh's Khurja on Wednesday by Delhi police special cell, said a police official.
