Gonzalez / Staff Photographer) Garland’s Spring Creek Forest Preserve has been turned into an art exhibit, with handmade crafts placed along a trail in the forest. The project, which is called “Collections from the Field,” was launched on Dec. 19 and will continue through Sunday. The project asks participants to trade in their own crafts for someone else’s items placed along the trail.
