UPDATE — As of 11:26 a.m., the Green River Fire Department announced on its Facebook page that the gas threat has been resolved and there is no longer a leak. Traffic has been restored on East Teton. Gas services are estimated to be restored to residents by 4 p.m.
GREEN RIVER — The Green River Fire Department (GRFD) reported this morning that a 4-inch underground gas line was hit at about 9 a.m. on Monroe Avenue and East Teton Boulevard in Green River.
The GRFD and Green River Police Department along with Castle Rock Ambulance are on the scene monitoring the situation, as of 9:30 a.m.
